I crafted a cohesive brand identity centered around this concept, designing custom logos and logo marks, conceptual merchandise and packaging, and the overall look and feel of the website to reflect the brand’s essence.

A survey was conducted on 20 participants to identify which products and features or products people are currently using or which cars they owns and their pain-points and determine which solution would be the best to implement.

User Interviews

A series of in-depth interviews were then conducted on 5 participants to further identify pain points, frustrations, needs, and desires with existing products to determine how Maruti Subscribe could improve this experience, which also helps in their revenue growth.
